Nipah virus (NiV) and Hendra virus (HeV) are negative-sense RNA-containing enveloped viruses. This product is a scFv fragment of the recombinant human antibody that recognizes the fusion glycoprotein of H. henipavirus with a KD value of 13 nM and TCID50 value of 0.78 μg/ml. The scFv type antibody screened from phage display libraries could bind, neutralize, and inhibit Hendra or Nipah virus.
