Rabbit Anti-FAM50A Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-2G7)

Clone R08-2G7 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that recognize human FAM50A. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat, hamster. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. We validate the QC result of the antibody using western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). This FAM50A antibody was verified by western blot analysis of FAM50A/XAP in Hela, CHO-K1, C6, Jurkat lysates and western blot analysis of FAM50A/XAP in smooth muscle, HCT116, Hela lysates.
