The CytoStream™ Rat Anti-Fcgr2b Recombinant Antibody is specific for mouse Fcgr2b. Fcgr2b enables IgG binding, influencing processes like endocytosis and phagocytosis regulation, expressed in tissues like liver and spleen, linked to diseases such as SLE and malaria through immune complex handling. The anti-Fcgr2b antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (5 μL per 1x 10⁶ cells).
