The Rabbit Anti-FHIT Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and rat FHIT. FHIT, a tumor suppressor, is involved in triphosphate hydrolase activity and linked to carcinogenesis through fragile site involvement, with aberrations noted in several cancers impacting cellular stress responses. The anti-FHIT antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000).
