The Rabbit Anti-FHL2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat FHL2. FHL2, another family member, aids in extracellular membrane assembly, downregulated in rhabdomyosarcoma, impacting signaling pathways through interaction with presenilin-2 and possible tumor suppressor functions. The anti-FHL2 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunoprecipitation (1/20).
