The antibody clone Fn52 was produced by immunizing with purified human Fibronectin. It can be used for detection of human Fibronectin in ELISA, WB and IF staining.

RPE Cell Migration Assay
Figure 2 Fn52 and Fn52RGDS inhibit the migration of D407 RPE cells.
RPE cells were pre-incubated for 1 h with the various reagents, at indicated concentrations, and added to the upper chamber of the transwell insert, while the bottom chamber in each well, contained Fn at a concentration of 20 mg/ml (control).

Excellent for Migration Assays
We used this Anti-FN1 Antibody (clone Fn52) in RPE Cell Migration Assays. It worked perfectly to detect Fibronectin and influence the migration process. A highly specialized and effective reagent.
Verified in ELISA and WB
This antibody is very reliable for basic detection of human Fibronectin in ELISA and Western Blot. We also used it in MMP activity assays. It is a versatile monoclonal antibody for matrix biology.
