Rabbit Anti-FOLH1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R04-6I6)

The recombinant rabbit antibody is specific for FOLH1 (Folate hydrolase 1), which modulates excitatory neurotransmission through the hydrolysis of the neuropeptide, N-aceylaspartylglutamate (NAAG), thereby releasing glutamate. FOLH1 also exhibits a dipeptidyl-peptidase IV type activity. The antibody specifically reacts with human FOLH1. It has been tested using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunoprecipitation.
