Human Anti-FZD5 Recombinant Antibody (PABJ-0145) (CAT#: PABJ-0145)
This product is a Human antibody that recognizes Human FZD5. This antibody bound to FZD1, -2, -4, -5, -7, and -8 on the cell surface, but did not bind FZD3, -6, -9, or -10. It showed cross-reactivity to mouse FZD4 and FZD5.

SDS-PAGE analysis of PABJ-0145 in reduced (Lane 1) and non-reduced (Lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result, different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively.
The purity of PABJ-0145 was greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

ELISA analysis of PABJ-0145 was performed by coating with recombinant human FZD5 protein. Then blocked with BSA and incubated with Human Anti-FZD5 Recombinant Antibody (PABJ-0145). The Goat Anti-Human IgG-HRP as a secondary antibody. Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm
