Human Anti-GABA-A synaptic receptor Recombinant Antibody (VS-0824-YJ42)

CMG201 and CMG202 are fully human antibodies. CMG201 binds to GABA-A synaptic receptor α-γ interface and inhibits benzodiazepine-mediated potentiation of GABAA receptors. CMG202 binds to the two β-α subunit interfaces in the ECD of GABA-A synaptic receptor. It is only able to bind GABAA receptors containing the α1, but not α2-5 subunits. It has a potential to antagonize GABAA receptor activity.
