Purified monoclonal and polyclonal Abs specific to GAD65 were tested for their capacity to inhibit GAD65 enzymatic activity. Results are shown as percent enzymatic activity related to GAD65 enzymatic activity in the absence of any Ab (100%). The figure represents three independent experiments, each conducted in duplicates. The error bars represent SEM.
