The application of anti-GADD45A antibody-conjugated liposomes in gliomas may enhance drug targeting and therapeutic efficacy by targeting the expression of GADD45A on the surface of tumor cells. These liposomes can effectively deliver drugs, reduce toxicity to normal tissues, and simultaneously increase therapeutic side effects. Through adaptive release in the tumor microenvironment, anti-GADD45A antibody-conjugated liposomes hold promise for improving treatment responses. This targeted therapy strategy may lead to better prognosis and survival rates for patients with gliomas.
