The Rabbit Anti-GLI1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat GLI1. GLI1, a zinc finger transcription factor in sonic hedgehog signaling, regulates stem cell proliferation with gene variants modulating pathways affecting cell growth and cancer. The anti-GLI1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
