Rabbit Anti-GNAQ Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-2D5)

The R08-2D5 recombinant monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes human GNAQ. It cross-reacts with rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-P, IP. This GNAQ antibody has been teted positive by western blot analysis of GNAQ in K562, rat brain, C6, Hela lysates.

- Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) are involved as modulators or transducers in various transmembrane signaling systems. Required for platelet activation. Regulates B-cell selection and survival and is required to prevent B-cell-dependent autoimmunity. Regulates chemotaxis of BM-derived neutrophils and dendritic cells (in vitro) (By similarity).
Transduces FFAR4 signaling in response to long-chain fatty acids (LCFAs).
