LASV mAbs indicated were used as capture antibodies in immunoprecipitation studies employing lysates from cells expressing LASV GPs (GPC, rGP1 and rGP2). Immunoprecipitated proteins were resolved by SDS–PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose. Western blots were probed with mouse mAbs to either GP1 (upper gel image in each panel) or GP2 (lower image).
