The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-GRIN1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat GRIN1. GRIN1, a critical NMDA receptor subunit, modulates synaptic plasticity and learning through glutamate receptor channels, impacting brain function via splice variant diversity. The anti-GRIN1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
