SmartAb™ Recombinant Anti-GRN pH-dependent Antibody (VS-0825-YC5)

This is a pH-dependent antibody targeting human progranulin (GRN). The engineered antibody is pH-responsive, releasing its bound antigen within acidified endosomes. The human GRN gene encodes the protein progranulin, which is primarily localized in lysosomes and is crucial for cell survival, growth, and regulating inflammation. Loss-of-function mutations in the GRN gene have been linked to a form of frontotemporal dementia.
