The AbPlus Anti-Gsk3b Magnetic Beads (VS-0724-YC1320) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-Gsk3b specific antibody. The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of Gsk3b protein under native and denaturing conditions.

- The protein encoded by this gene is a serine-threonine kinase belonging to the glycogen synthase kinase subfamily. It is a negative regulator of glucose homeostasis and is involved in energy metabolism, inflammation, ER-stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and apoptotic pathways.
