The R07-0E8 recombinant monoclonal antibody specifically binds to human H1F0. It cross-reacts with rat, hamster. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-P. The histone H1.0 antibody is recommended for detection of target protein by western blot analysis of histone H1.0 in C6, CHO-K1 lysates.
