Rabbit Anti-H3C1 (dimethyl K9) Recombinant Antibody (clone R07-8U3) (CAT#: VS3-WK2209)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to methylated H3C1. The target of this antibody is Di Methyl-H3C1 (Lys9). The clone R07-8U3 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200 and ChIP analysis at a dilution of 1/20. The molecular weight of H3C1 (dimethyl Lys9) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 15 kDa.
