This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to methylated H3C1. The target of this antibody is Mono Methyl-H3C1 (Arg17). The clone R01-7M5 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/50-1/100. The molecular weight of H3C1 (monomethyl Arg17) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 15 kDa.
