Rabbit Anti-H3F3A Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC495)

The Rabbit Anti-H3F3A Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse H3F3A. H3F3A connects to a replication-independent histone of the H3 family. Unlike most histone-related entities, it contains introns and its mRNA is polyadenylated, contributing to chromatin's higher-order structural compaction. The anti-H3F3A antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/500).
