Recombinant Mouse Anti-H7N9 Antibody (10K) (CAT#: HPAB-0231-FY)
This product is a recombinant Humanized antibody that recognizes H7N9 H7N9. The monoclonal antibody 10K reacts with the epitope of H7N9. Human IgG antibodies [0024] using SDS-PAGE, ELISA, in vitro virus neutralization assays, antibody dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity killing (ADCC) experiments and other methods IgG antibody IOK obtained was subjected to functional characterization, the results show that expression of the purified IOK as expected molecular size.
