This is a mouse antibody fab fragment of mAb B1-8 which binds the hapten NP-cap (4-hydroxy-3-nitrophenacetyl caproic acid; Full IgE: KNP-cap = 1.2 µM). B1-8 also has a affinity with 0.02 µM for NIP-cap.
