Human Anti-HAVCR2 Recombinant Antibody (clone NOV020YC); scFv Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-N0351-YC-S(P))
This exemplary anti-TIM-3 antibody was found to bind to cell-surface human and cynomolgus monkey TIM-3 with an EC50 of 0.17 and 0.27 nM, respectively. The anti-TIM-3 antibodies can activate exhausted immune cells.
