A gradient elution of the antigen/antibody complex with increasing strengths of imidazole buffer. Denatured FC44/antigen complex was resolved on 12% SDS-PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose membrane, and antigen was detected by probing the membrane with FC44 fusion protein and subsequently with anti-c-myc antibody.
