Human Anti-HCMV gB Recombinant Antibody (clone 1G2) (CAT#: FAMAB-0143JF)

This is a human IgG3-lambda antibody specially binds to domain I of glycoprotein B (gB) of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV). Clone 1G2 has a reactivity with domain I peptide (aa 132-344) and has a 50% neutralization at concentrations of 0.2-1.3 mg/ml.
