The exact nature of the pathologic antibody is a mouse IgG1 subtype. It is a mouse recombinant monoclonal antibody which has a high affinity of human HEMGN. The ZN169 is recommended for dilution of target protein by immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100).

- Function
- Regulates the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells. Overexpression block the TPA-induced megakaryocytic differentiation in the K562 cell model. May also prevent cell apoptosis through the activation of the nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kB).
