The PTM™ Rabbit Anti-HIST1H3A (monomethyl Lys36) Recombinant Antibody is a post-translational modification (PTM) antibody specific for human and mouse HIST1H3A (monomethyl Lys36). The monomethylation at lysine 36 (H3K36me1) is a histone modification that plays a key role in several cellular processes, such as transcription regulation, mRNA splicing, and DNA repair. It signals to modulate transcription fidelity and is also implicated in DNA replication and recombination. The anti-HIST1H3A (monomethyl Lys36) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000-1/2000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
