Rabbit Anti-HIST1H3A Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC517) (CAT#: VS13-YC517)
The Rabbit Anti-HIST1H3A Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat HIST1H3A. HIST1H3A belongs to the histone H3 family, encoding replication-dependent histones found in a gene cluster on chromosome 6 with palindromic termination elements instead of polyA tails. The anti-HIST1H3A antibody can be used for Western blot (1/20000), Immunocytochemistry (1/100), Immunofluorescence (1/100), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/5000-1/10000), Immunoprecipitation (1-2 μg per 500 μL of cell lysate), Chromatin immunoprecipitation (0.5~5 μg per 25 μg of chromatin).
