Mouse Anti-Histone Recombinant Antibody (clone BWA3); Fab Fragment (CAT#: FAMAB-0162-YC-F(E))
Histones are frequent targets of self-reactive antibodies during autoimmune syndromes. Provided is a mouse anti-histone antibody Fab fragment of clone BWA3. BWA3 binds an epitope corresponding to a region of high sequence similarity between H2A and H4 (residues 1-20 and 1-29, respectively).

SDS-PAGE analysis of FAMAB-0162-YC-F(E) in non-reduced (Lane 1) and reduced (Lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result, different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively.
The purity of FAMAB-0162-YC-F(E) was greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The purity of FAMAB-0162-YC-F(E) was greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC.

Western blot analysis of FAMAB-0162-YC-F(E) was performed by loading recombinant human histone H4 protein.
