(a) Bovine total histones (5 ug) and histone H3 (0.75 ug) were separated on an SDS-PAGE under reducing condition followed by immunoblotting using IgE mAbs and an isotype control. (b) Immunoreactivity of IgE mAbs (1 ug/mL) to bovine histone H3 was also measured by ELISA. Anti-DNP specific IgE mAb, 2-9(4), was used as an isotype control. mAb, monoclonal antibody.
