Bars represent percent neutralization compared to an equal concentration of an irrelevant Ab (D7324). The MAbs were also combined with heat-inactivated (HI) or fresh (C) serum (NHS) to assess CMI. N3C5 and N03B11 were used at 100 μg/ml while the positive control, MAb 447-52D, was used at 10 μg/ml 1.
