HIV-1 Env proteins (100 ng/each) from five subtypes (A, B, C, D and F), a circulating recombinant (CRF01_AE), a group M consensus (CON), and an SIVcpzUS1 (SIV) was tested with newly characterized mAbs.

HIV-1 Env gp140 proteins were immobilized to about 1000 RU using amine coupling chemistry. Positive control V3 mAb F39F was used to assess activity of gp140 proteins following immobilization. Monoclonal Abs were injected at 50 μg/mL for 2 min at 30 ul/min. For binding kinetics analyses, mAbs were injected at varying concentrations ranging from 1.2 mg/mL to 1.5 μg/ml.
