Mouse Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 1A3) (CAT#: MRO-3555CQ)
Recombinant mouse antibody to gp120. 1A3 is described as a mouse mAb produced against HIV-1 SF-2 gp120 and mapping to the V3 loop of both gp120SF2 and gp120ADA. It was used to select cells expressing soluble gp140, and to purify gp140.

Figure 1 Flow cytometry histograms for antigenicity analysis of ADA Env mutants expressed by 293T cells.
293T cells were transfected with various mutants and harvested 48-hour post transfection. Cells were first incubated with or without 5μg soluble CD4, followed by 1μg of bNAbs and then 1μg of PE-conjugated anti-human secondary antibody. Cells were gated with size scattering and DAPI for single live population.

Wild type and 1Ile mutant (D619I) of ADA Env was expressed on 293T cells. Transfected cells were first incubated with or without 5μg soluble CD4, and then labeled by 1μg of gp120-specific antibody 1A3 or MPER-specific antibody 2F5. The antigenicity was analyzed by flow cytometry.
