Recombinant mouse antibody Fab fragment to gp41. WR204 exhibited dual specificity where it can bind to both pure GalCerl and to pure peptide. WR204 exhibited broad lipid binding, where it also can bind to Chol, DMPC, DMPG and gp41, but it did not bind to gp120 or PA.
