Binding of DH570 antibodies were measured by Bio-layer Interferometry (BLI, ForteBio Octet Red96) following capture of MPER liposomes on APS sensors. Binding responses were monitored at varying concentrations of antibody at 2, 5, 10, 20ug/mL DH570.9.
