the reaction products were loaded on a 1% agarose gel: 0 (lane 1), 10 (lane 2), 20 (lane 3), 30 (lane 4), 40 (lane 5), 50 (lane 6), 100 (lane 7), 200 lane (8),
600 (lane 9) or 800 ng (lane 10).
