Recombinant mouse antibody scFv fragment to Tat(1-20). TA9 is clade B specific, and does not recognize Tat from clade A, C, D, or CRF01 (AE). TA9 binds to the Tat peptide aa 1-61 strongly, and is also able to bind to Tat aa 1-20, and Tat peptide aa 8-53.
