The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-HMGB1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat HMGB1. HMGB1, a non-histone DNA-binding protein of the high mobility group superfamily, regulates transcription and is involved in DNA organization influencing cellular processes like inflammation and tumor migration, with pseudogenes identified. The anti-HMGB1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50).
