Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression

HMGB1 scFv Utility

The scFv format of Clone 3E8 is excellent for our research on HMGB1 biology. Its small size allows for better tissue penetration in our whole-mount staining protocols. We also used it for in vitro binding assays, where it showed high affinity for the HMG box domains. It is a versatile reagent that has helped us elucidate the extracellular functions of this nuclear protein.

Inflammation Marker Tool

We used this antibody fragment to detect HMGB1 release in sepsis models. The sensitivity of the antibody in our sandwich ELISA was high, allowing us to measure circulating HMGB1 levels accurately. The recombinant nature ensures lot-to-lot consistency, which is critical for our large-scale animal studies. We are very pleased with the performance of this product.
