Rabbit Anti-HMGCS2 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC537) (CAT#: VS13-YC537)
The Rabbit Anti-HMGCS2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat HMGCS2. HMGCS2 is a mitochondrial enzyme initiating ketogenesis, providing lipid-derived energy during carbohydrate deprivation. Mutations cause HMG-CoA synthase deficiency, with this gene presenting alternative splicing variants. The anti-HMGCS2 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100).
