Mouse Anti-HMMR Recombinant Antibody (clone 16E10); scFv Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-0061-YJ-S(P))
This product is a recombinant mouse antagonist scFv that recognizes human RHAMM (receptor for hyaluronic acid mediated motility). Mab 16E10 is able to inhibit the binding of HA to RHAMM and is interfering with ras-mediated signaling. It can be used as therapeutics for the treatment of proliferative diseases.
