Rabbit Anti-HSPB1 (pS78) Recombinant Antibody (clone R01-8F1) (CAT#: VS3-WK2160)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated HSPB1. The target of this antibody is phospho-HSPB1 (Ser78). The clone R01-8F1 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200, IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/50-1/100. The molecular weight of HSPB1 (pSer78) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 27 kDa.
