Human Anti-IAV HA Recombinant Antibody (VS-0624-FY62) (CAT#: VS-0624-FY62)
This is a human recombinant antibody that binds to IAV hemagglutinin. The clone Fab 09-1B12 binds to H3 and H7 with affinities of 19.2 nM and 47.8 nM, respectively. The clone 28-12 cross-neutralizes both H3N2, H1N1 and H7N9. The clone 28-12 showed better cross-neutralizing activity with IC₅₀ under 2 μg/mL.
