The AbPlus Anti-IBV HA Magnetic Beads (10B8) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-IBV HA specific antibody (10B8). The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of IBV HA protein under native and denaturing conditions.

- The beads are in suspension and will settle upon storage. Prior to use, mix the vial gently (do not vortex) to ensure delivery of proper bead volume.

- Influenza hemagglutinin (HA) or haemagglutinin (British English) is a glycoprotein found on the surface of influenza viruses. It is responsible for binding the virus to cells with sialic acid on the membranes, such as cells in the upper respiratory tract or erythrocytes. It is also responsible for the fusion of the viral envelope with the endosome membrane, after the pH has been reduced.
