Rabbit Anti-ICAM3 Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-0D3) (CAT#: VS3-FY2012)
Clone R08-0D3 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that detects human ICAM3. It cross-reacts with rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-P, IP. This ICAM3 antibody was verified by western blot analysis of ICAM3 in Hela, A549, HL-60, U2OS, C6 lysates and immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil.

- ICAM proteins are ligands for the leukocyte adhesion protein LFA-1 (integrin alpha-L/beta-2).
ICAM3 is also a ligand for integrin alpha-D/beta-2. In association with integrin alpha-L/beta-2, contributes to apoptotic neutrophil phagocytosis by macrophages.
