Human Anti-IgE Fc Recombinant Antibody (clone 8D6) (CAT#: PABC-341)
This product is a recombinant Human antibody that can recognize IgE-Fc. Anti-IgE antibody 8D6 binds to a fully extended IgE-Fc molecule. 8D6 inhibits binding to FcεRI but not CD23.

IgE-Fc Alexa 647 was added to 0.5 × 106 RPMI 8866 cells with or without MHM6, omalizumab or 8D6 at a molar ratio of 1:2 for 30 min at 4 °C. Cells were then washed and acquired for flow cytometry analysis. Histograms show the levels of IgE-Fc bound to mCD23 on RPMI 8866 cells as determined by flow cytometry.
