The Rabbit Anti-IGF1R Recombinant Antibody is specific for human IGF1R. IGF1R is essential in growth factor receptor signaling, heavily overexpressed in malignant tissues affecting apoptotic pathways with alternative splicing leading to variant isoforms. The anti-IGF1R antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100).
