Recombinant Anti-IL10 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (B-N10 var.)

The anti-IL10 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human and cynomolgus IL10. IL10 regulates inflammation and immune responses by down-regulating certain molecules and enhancing B cell activity. The antibody has a novel IL10-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble IL10 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
