Human Anti-IL21R Recombinant Antibody (clone ABS)

This is a monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to the human interleukin-21 receptor (IL-21R). The mAb 18A5 binds to IL-21R with high affinity and can be used to modulate immune responses in general, and those mediated by IL-21R in particular.

Potent Neutralization Of IL21R
We used the clone ABS to study the inhibition of interleukin-21 receptor signaling. The antibody bound with high affinity (KD = 1.51 nM) and successfully neutralized the biological activity in our cell-based assays. It was a critical tool for dissecting the role of this receptor in lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation.
Reliable Flow Cytometry Reagent
This human monoclonal antibody performed very well in Flow Cytometry. It gave a clear, shift in fluorescence intensity on IL21R-positive cells compared to controls. The specificity was excellent, with no observable cross-reactivity, which helped us accurately quantify receptor expression levels on our B cell subsets.
